Built to Order Production

Many Motorcraft products are built and completed in our factory before dispatch.

Estimated lead times and current wait periods are clearly stated on each product page. These production times must be completed before shipping begins.

Dispatch Notification

Orders are shipped once completed in our factory.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you and provide tracking details.

Shipping timeframes apply from the date your order is finalised and sent, not from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Services

All orders are shipped using DHL, selected for their reliability and global reach.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

UK: 1 to 3 business days
Europe: 2 to 5 business days
Rest of World: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Tracking

All shipments are sent with full tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order leaves our facility and can be followed directly via DHL.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Motorcraft Adventure Developments is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears delayed, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will work directly with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
Motorcraft cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched, but we will always assist in raising and supporting a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
