The Motorcraft PU40FC Adhesive Kit includes everything needed to bond and seal Motorcraft Overland Accessories during installation. Ideal for fitting windows, doors, hatches and other exterior components on overland and camper builds.

PU40FC is a professional grade white polyurethane adhesive and sealant widely used in vehicle, caravan and marine construction. It creates a strong, flexible and waterproof bond designed to handle vibration, temperature changes and harsh outdoor conditions.

A standard adhesive (caulking) gun is required for application and is not included.

Two kit options available

Single Tube Kit
• 1 × PU40FC adhesive cartridge (300ml)
• 1 × surface preparation wipe (IPA)
• 1 × applicator nozzle
• 1 × pair of protective gloves

Double Tube Kit
• 2 × PU40FC adhesive cartridges (300ml)
• 2 × surface preparation wipes (IPA)
• 2 × applicator nozzles
• 1 × pair of protective gloves

Typical usage guide
• Small hatch: ~1 tube
• Window: 1–2 tubes
• Door: 2 tubes

For best results ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust or grease before applying adhesive.
